End of quarter blues

As the quarter comes to an end,

Be your own best friend,

Check that you’ve turned it all in,

On turnitin.com with a grin,

To avoid a 50%

And the subsequent grade dent.

AILD final paper change

I overlooked the funky schedule this week. An in-class essay will not work. I changed the details; check the course specific page. This is now an at-home essay. Sorry for the false start.

turnitin.com…seriously now…

Hello:

For the first assignment, I’ve gone through and given 50% grades to all students who handed in a hard copy, but did not hand in an electronic copy. You can restore your grade if you submit the assignment to turnitin.com and email me to let me know that you’ve done so. Please don’t take a 50% on an assignment that you’ve completed.

In the future, please know that this is my policy. It is intended to discourage plagiarism and encourage individual responsibility. I do not intend to send out individual or group warnings going forward.
